Luxury 2 bed/2 bath townhouse with private terrace and balcony with wonderful sea views,
overlooking Meia Praia beach. Quinta de Sao Roque is a peaceful development. The townhouses have
been built and furnished to a high standard and designed to take maximum advantage of the sun and
magnificent views. A short stroll away is the magnificent Meia Praia beach, one of the longest
stretches of sand on the Algarve, where several bars offer the ideal location to sample freshly
caught fish or simply enjoy a relaxing drink.
 
 
 
The development consists of 4 apartment blocks and 17 town houses on a hilltop overlooking Meia
Praia and Lagos Bay, whilst to the north, the Monchique mountains provide a fabulous backdrop. The
landscaped sub-tropical gardens are lit and there is a main swimming pool and a childrens pool
surrounded by sun loungers.

Beach
The beach is a short stroll away. On the beach is a lovely snack bar where you can enjoy a bite to
eat and something to drink whilst soaking up the wonderful view. This is a relatively quiet stretch
of beach which does not get crowded, even in high season.

Golf
The Townhouse is close to Penina and Palmares golf courses. Guests using Parque da Floresta receive
a 30% reduction on green fees. (Parque da Floresta is approx. 20 minutes away.)
Guests who stay at Quinta de sao Roque are also free to use all the facilities at Parque da Floresta
with a 15% discount.

Travel
The motorway now goes as far as Lagos, making it approx 1hr from Faro airport. Lisbon is approx 2.5
hrs away.
